Falcon Fastening Solutions, Inc. is committed to providing high quality products and services competitively priced that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations by continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.

What We Strive For:

Our Field Services & Warehouse Services achieves 99.8% accuracy on all customer orders and on-time delivery and/or shipment. Falcon’s invoicing accuracy is 99.72% (including consolidated and customer specific invoicing).
All new made-to-print items go through a First Article Inspection Process to ensure they meet all print requirements. For numerous customers, Falcon is approved to deliver parts direct to stock for immediate use in production. Falcon’s Quality Manager works closely with the customer’s quality staff on new product additions.
On time supplier performance is measured with goals set for each supplier. Falcon views the supplier relationships as partnerships. By working closely with these suppliers we are able to reduce cost in the supply chain without sacrificing delivery performance. New suppliers must pass our Supplier Qualification process before producing parts for Falcon Metal. In addition, Falcon regularly audits our suppliers to ensure these quality requirements continue to be met on a consistent and ongoing basis.
